If your kids don’t eat salmon but you want them to enjoy it for its brain healthy Omega-3 content, try this: Buy a can of canned salmon and add it to your child’s mac n’ cheese, bed of rice/quinoa, salad or a bowl of spaghetti with olive oil, salt, pepper and a little grated parmesan. They won’t be overwhelmed by the new taste when it is mixed into a food they already love and you won’t be overwhelmed by spending the money and time on buying the fish whole and serving it as a filet.
