After completing my undergraduate degree from Indiana University in Telecommunications and Political Science, I pursued my Master’s in Social Work at Boston College with a concentration in Community Organizing, Public Policy, Planning and Administration (COPPA). For 13 years, I worked in the field of social work focusing my energy on children, adolescents and families within the foster care system and public school sector. After gaining my clinical license, I continued to practice as a therapist (LCSW) focused on cognitive-behavioral therapy. I found my true calling in combining my therapeutic skills with my love of writing and my passion for nutrition into my blog, Moods and Foods 4 Kids.
I am now available for therapeutic consultation! I specialize in anxiety disorders within the child, adolescent and young adult population.
Please email me if you would like to make an initial appointment for consultation.
In addition to therapy services, I would love to work with you in any of the following capacities:
Public speaking engagements
If you are interested in working with me in any of the above mentioned areas, please feel free to contact me: firstname.lastname@example.org
